Berry Popsicles

When the weather is scorching hot as it’s been for the last couple weeks here, I love to cool off with a yummy fruit popsicle! Growing up, I still remember how my mum used to make homemade popsicles in the summer and how I loved to eat them on our back deck. I’ve been wanting to try making my own for a while, except I couldn’t find the perfect popsicle moulds…that was until a friend received the cutest set at her bridal shower this past weekend. I seriously couldn’t help myself and bee-lined it for the store the following day to buy myself a set! I’m gaga over fruit in the summer so I was dying to give this recipe a try! Let me tell you they did not disappoint! The only alterations I made to the recipe was I replaced the plain yogurt with lactose-free vanilla and didn’t add the extra sugar. They’re so delicious (and pretty) I can’t wait to make more!

Wow, these are so pretty and they sound delicious too! Great simple recipe, and so much healthier than the sugary ones from the grocery store. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

No, I didn’t say where I got the moulds from Amy but I should have! They’re from Superstore, which is a Canadian store.
