When the weather is scorching hot as it’s been for the last couple weeks here, I love to cool off with a yummy fruit popsicle! Growing up, I still remember how my mum used to make homemade popsicles in the summer and how I loved to eat them on our back deck. I’ve been wanting to try making my own for a while, except I couldn’t find the perfect popsicle moulds…that was until a friend received the cutest set at her bridal shower this past weekend. I seriously couldn’t help myself and bee-lined it for the store the following day to buy myself a set! I’m gaga over fruit in the summer so I was dying to give this recipe a try! Let me tell you they did not disappoint! The only alterations I made to the recipe was I replaced the plain yogurt with lactose-free vanilla and didn’t add the extra sugar. They’re so delicious (and pretty) I can’t wait to make more!
